the development of cancer, against a variety of tumors. Many studies concluded that curcumin matches or surpasses the ability of drugs like aspirin
and ibuprofen to combat health problems, but without the expense and side effects.

Consumption of curcumin in high amounts increases the acidity in the stomach, which can cause many more problems such as digestive power problems,
diarrhea etc. Consuming the correct amount of curcumin keeps the mood good, but if its quantity is high then it can cause headache.
Although it has not been proved on humans right now, but mice have been shown to increase swelling, stomach bark, etc. and in many cases
liver size is increased by taking curcumin irregularly.
